We attempt to describe each item as accurately as possible. Refunds will only be given if the item is misrepresented. Any item that is returned must be returned in the same condition it was sent and all tags (if applicable) must still be attached. When we receive the item it will be inspected and if we made a serious error in listing the item (damage, wrong size, etc), your money will be refunded. If we did not make an error in the listing and the item was just not as expected we will refund the item price minus all fees incurred.
